Payment Process

  • Detailed instructions are available on the payment login page. Kindly read and follow them carefully before proceeding.
  • Once the “Pay” option is selected, you will be redirected to the payment gateway.
  • Payments can be made through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card.
  • After successful payment, a Payment Confirmation Slip will be generated. Students/parents are advised to keep this slip safely for future reference.

Failed or Delayed Transactions

  • If the payment fails, the system will display a payment failure status.
  • In case of heavy delay or no response from the system:
  • If no card or bank details were entered, you may restart the payment process.
  • If card/net banking details were entered and no response is received, please check with your bank or card issuer to confirm whether the amount has been debited.
  • If the amount has been debited, do not attempt to pay again.
  • If the amount has not been debited, please retry the payment.
  • Always note down the Transaction ID / Reference Number for future communication.

Privacy Policy

  • All personal and payment details provided by parents/students will be used only for payment processing to Paathshala Commerce Classes.
  • Your data will be kept strictly confidential and secure.
  • No information will be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No cancellation is allowed once the payment is successfully completed.
  • In case of duplicate payment, parents/students must contact the Admin / Finance / Accounts Department of Paathshala Commerce Classes with valid transaction proof or bank statement.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source through the payment gateway and may take 8–15 working days, depending on the issuing bank’s policies.
